Camera Permission

Last updated: July 2026

Some of our apps ask for camera access. This page explains exactly what that permission is for and what happens to your photos. It applies to camera-based apps such as ScopeAI Pro, ScopeAI Bid, and ScamSentry.

Why we request the camera

These apps let you take a photo so the app can analyze it and return a result — for example, evaluating a construction detail or checking a suspicious message. The camera is the way you hand the app something to look at.

How it’s used

You’re in control

Camera access is optional and entirely up to you. You can grant it, decline it, or turn it off at any time in your device’s settings. If you decline, only the camera-based features are affected — the rest of the app still works.

Microphone

Our apps do not use your device’s microphone. If that ever changes for a future feature, we will update this page and request the permission clearly before using it.
