Daydream Publishing LLC (“Daydream Publishing,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what our website and mobile applications do with your information — and what they don’t.

We build our apps to collect as little as possible. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. Different apps do different jobs, so their data practices differ. Where an app is different, it’s spelled out below.

Apps that use your camera

Applies to ScopeAI Pro, ScamSentry, and similar analysis apps.

These apps analyze a photo you choose to take.

• The camera is used only when you choose a camera-based feature. It is never accessed in the background.
• A photo you capture is used solely to produce the analysis you asked for.
• The image is sent securely to a third-party image-analysis service (the Grok API, provided by xAI) to generate your result.
• We do not store your photos. They are processed and then discarded immediately after analysis.
• These features do not collect personal information such as your name or email.
• You can turn off camera access at any time in your device settings.

Parental screen-time app

Applies to N.O.W. (Need Over Want).

N.O.W. is a tool for parents and guardians to manage a child’s screen time on a device.

• N.O.W. does not use your device’s camera.
• A parent or guardian sets the rules directly on the child’s device and protects them with a private four-digit PIN.
• The app’s settings and schedules are stored on the device only to operate its screen-time controls. N.O.W. does not require an account and does not transmit your information to us or to anyone else.
• We do not sell any information from N.O.W., and we do not use it for advertising.

Our website

Daydream Publishing’s website is an informational site. Beyond the standard access logs your hosting provider keeps for security and reliability, the site does not collect personal information about you. If we add a contact form or newsletter later, we will update this policy first.

Third-party services

We use third-party services only to deliver core features — for example, the Grok API to analyze an image you submit. These providers process your request only to return a result. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Children’s privacy

Our apps are not designed to collect personal information from children. N.O.W. runs entirely on the device, controlled by a parent or guardian with a private PIN, and does not collect or transmit a child’s personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices and controls

• Camera permission is optional and can be disabled at any time in your device settings.
• Because our camera apps don’t store your images and don’t collect personal information, there is little to no personal data for us to hold.

We may update this policy as our apps and services evolve. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
