These terms cover your use of the websites, mobile applications, and digital products offered by Daydream Publishing LLC (“Daydream Publishing,” “we,” “us”). By using them, you agree to what’s written here.

What we provide

Daydream Publishing creates mobile applications, books, music, and digital products. Some are free, some are paid, and each may have its own additional terms shown at the point of purchase or download.

Using our apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps for their intended purpose. You agree not to copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or tamper with them, and not to use them to break the law or interfere with others.

Analysis features are informational

Some of our apps (such as ScopeAI Pro, ScopeAI Bid, and ScamSentry) analyze a photo or input you provide and return a result. Those results are informational and are provided to assist your own judgment — they are not professional, legal, financial, or safety advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make, including verifying anything important with a qualified professional. Estimates, bids, and scam assessments are aids, not guarantees.

Third-party services

Our apps rely on third-party services to work — for example, an image-analysis provider (the Grok API from xAI). Those services carry their own terms, and their results are delivered “as is.”

Purchases and refunds

Apps and in-app purchases are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play, and their refund and billing rules apply to those transactions. For products sold directly by us, any refund terms will be shown at checkout.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our apps and products are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Daydream Publishing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of them. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our products evolve. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
